Babele organizes workshops and bootcamps for social entrepreneurs on business modeling, lean startup and growth strategies. Our mission is to support and scale effective solutions to solve the most urgent challenges of our time by enabling entrepreneurs, mentors and involved citizens to co-develop sustainable products and services through open innovation. We aim to introduce a new paradigm in the way projects are shaped and managed that engages local communities and individuals in the design and implementation of sustainable development projects.

Our methodology combines trends - rooted on open innovation - with a systematic methodology, developed through rigorous testing of lean startup, customer development and bootstrapping techniques. We have a unique approach mixing theory with practical exercices, as well as individual assignments and crowdsourcing sessions.

We help social entrepreneurs to:

• Easily structure the strategy of their ventures through business modeling;
• Validate all business assumption and co-create value with the community;
• Find competences and relevant information and meet partners;
• Track and report all metrics from measured financial performance to the social impact;
• Be fully prepared to participate to incubators and accelerator programs.

In this period of global recession, an open innovation center will enable young entrepreneurs from all over the world to believe in their ideas and make them real by tapping into our collective genius. A swarm can be smarter than anyone of us working alone. We believe that this network could trigger a new era of collaborative culture.
